The DOLE-DTI Joint Monitoring Report is sourced from the results of monitoring visits of DOLE and DTI regional personnel to assess compliance of establishments nationwide with the Interim Guidelines on Workplace Prevention and Control of COVID-19 issued on 30 April 2020 and the Supplemental Guidelines issued on 14 August 2020.

These guidelines are issued to assist establishments in the private sector allowed to operate during imposed Community Quarantines in developing and implementing the minimum health protocols and standards in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

From 03 June 2020 up to 31 December 2020, a total of 71,878 establishments covering 2,847,763 workers nationwide were monitored on the said Guidelines with 92.24% compliance rate after correction, while 17,073 establishments were noted with deficiencies.
